WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Items returned within 14 days from the original shipping date in the same condition as new are eligible for a full refund or a credit. Refunds will be refunded to the original means of payment used for the purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning and the shipping costs of the original purchase will not be refunded. These arrangements may be different in some situations!
